Looking for a single male roommate for bath (shower), and newly renovated basement suite with separate entrance. Unit has hardwood floors, laundry on- and shared with main floor tenants. Private room is unfurnished, with the rest of the suite fully furnished. There is street or back alley parking. Close to all amenities, shopping, gym, and transit. Bus is 4 min. walk, strip mall is 7 min. walk. And Marlborough train station is min. walk.

Preferably someone in their studies or full-time work. No parties, must clean up after themselves and share % utilities while main floor pays %. Split of internet, not pets, and smoking only outside. Contact for more details and viewing of suite.
