Private room in cozy 3br apartment

We share a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with each of us getting one to ourselves.
THE ROOM:
Slightly above average measuring ft, not including two closets with sliding doors which cover the entire length of one wall. It has a sliding window, a lock, and hardwood floors. The current tenant has a four poster queen bed and mattress, a dresser, a rug, and a cabinet which are all in nearly perfect condition and can be sold to the newcomer if desired.
THE APARTMENT:
Includes a spacious kitchen stocked with all necessary appliances, a fully furnished and decorated living room, in-unit washer and dryer, a shared parking space, and plenty of street parking. The bathroom for this room is right out its door, and is shared with one other tenant for a small portion of the year- otherwise it’s a private bathroom.
THE TENANTS:
Both respectful, clean, stable, and communicative boys in our early ’s. Justin performs in a touring show on the East coast, and is abroad for the majority of the year save for visits to LA in his free time. He is an avid baker, gym goer, reader, and gamer. Mitch lives in the unit full time and is currently hunting for a new job in software development after a recent graduation; his hobbies include drawing, cosplay, dancing, and gaming.
EXPECTATIONS:
Reliable income to pay your portion of rent and utilities on time, respect for the other tenants and their belongings, maintaining cleanliness of shared spaces and utensils in a timely manner, and communication skills both in regards to your needs and being amenable to others.
OTHER NOTES:
The unit is the first floor, we have dowels in our windows, a building gate that self locks, a unit front door with two locks. It’s also a safe neighborhood, I’ve never noticed any trouble on our block. There’s one other unit above us with a quiet couple who we have open communication with. We’re also a minute walk from the LA river with lots of coffee options.
