I'm a -year-old programmer, working 4 days a week at the office. Looking for a roommate to take over one unfurnished bedroom with a private detached bathroom, and extra storage space, for $ for utilities). If needed, you may partially use the guest bedroom as an office to work from home or any other needs. Alternatively, we could discuss bringing in another roommate for the guest room (you’d share a bathroom), which will reduce the cost of rent.
