Hi! 💖 I’m Jameshia, a -year-old professional looking for a studio to rent starting December th. I go by Mimi for short. I work full-time as a behavioral therapist with kids with special needs and am also a student, so my weekdays are usually pretty busy. When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy a mix of activities like hiking, dancing, yoga, golf, crocheting, and cooking, as well as relaxing with a good movie or show.

I’m looking for a studio with laundry onsite. A parking space is a preferred since I commute regularly, but street parking is sufficient. Cleanliness is important to me, and I’d love to find a place that feels welcoming and comfortable. My budget is $. I’m also looking in Northridge, Tarzana, Pasadena, Burbank, and Westchester.
