Join me and my Dachshund Arnie

Hi all,

I’m looking for a new housemate to join me in my 2 bedroom , 1 bathroom unit in Glen Iris, close to Toorak road , trams and Burwood station

I have a 3 year old dachshund named Arnold, he is cuddly, friendly and loves a long walk n plays, and lounges around all day until I am home from work to play and go for walks. I am years old and work full time in construction and need someone who loves animals and the space I have created.

Rent is currently $ per calendar month but as of 1st of Feb the rent will go up to $ per calendar month. In regards to bills there is only electricity and water bills for this property we don’t have gas. There will also be a bond fee too.
