Private room for rent!

Description

Beautiful room for rent in a bth house in Ardsley Park. You would have your own private bathroom that would only occasionally be shared by guests - otherwise, the two other roommates would share their own.

The room currently has a mattress, but otherwise would need to be furnished. If you have your own things, it would be perfect.

We have a furry friend named Odin - he's a Husky mix and loves pets! We have a walking schedule, so he gets plenty of time outside. We also have a chores list to keep our house neat, and our schedules are variable due to the nature of our jobs. But most importantly, we communicated and respect each other's time and space!
