Duplex unit in Fountain Square

The house is very cute, it’s old and has original hardwood floors, air conditioning, parking in the back or on the street, washer and dryer, internet, dishwasher, and well-functioning appliances all around. My lease renews , so availability around then is most important. It’s located on a pretty quiet and safe street that’s walking distance from coffee shops, bars, restaurants, local shops, and a couple parks. There are two bedrooms including mine, and I pay more for a larger room. I’m guessing our rent will be $ next year
and I’d pay $. My landlord only owns this home and he’s pretty responsive and is helpful when I have things that are broken or need to be updated. My current roommate has cats, so the litter boxes and cat trees will be moved when she moves! I don’t have any pets but have loved living with them and would love to again. Most of the furniture is mine, and most of the art is hers, so if you have a bunch that’s actually perfect. Utilities typically range from $ per person depending on the month, and wifi is currently $ each. My landlord takes care of the water bill, trash, sewage, and mowing the grass. There’s a sort of backyard (not fenced in) and my roommate and I have laid out and taken her cats out, so it’s a nice space to have. We have a dirt-floor basement/utility room we use for things we don’t need often and Christmas decorations. Would love to meet anyone looking for a new place!
