subleasers for the spring semester (late December/early January- May)! House on College Ave, super spacious house/room and central location to campus. The room fits 2 full sized beds! Also very open to 1 person taking the whole room, with an alternate negotiating price! The room has a walk in closet, can be left fully furnished or cleaned out, and has direct access to the bathroom (which is shared with 1 other girl). All the girls who live there are awesome and super great roommates! The house has a washer and dryer, large living room and kitchen, 2 fridges, dishwasher, 2 sunrooms, and a spacious backyard.
