I am looking for someone to take over my lease (Common room) as I will be leaving Singapore in December month

Here are the details:

• Rental: $
• Key Features: Visitors and cooking allowed, no restrictions, co-living space
• Lease Validity: Until August and this is agreement with owner
• Location: 5-minute walk to Eastpoint Mall and Simei MRT
• Condo Facilities: Gym, swimming pool, tennis court, and badminton court
Utility bills: included in rent
No agent fees

This is 5 bedroom apartment with Co-living space. Indian couple staying in One master bedroom and I have rented out common room. Other 3 small rooms are rented by working women
