About the space: it is sq ft and you would get the whole upstairs to yourself and a private bathroom. Your half of the rent would be $ including utilities. It’s in a super walkable location and there are lots of nice amenities. I absolutely fell in love with the place when I found it!
About me: I ask that no alcohol is on the 1st floor. Idc if you have it upstairs. Not friendly inside apt. Totally ok if you drink or smoke outside though. I also have 2 cats so the complex won’t allow us to have any additional pets. They’re super friendly and well behaved kitties! I was born and raised in Charlotte but have lived in Asheville for the past 5 years. I’m happy to be moving back to my hometown. As a roommate, I tend to keep to myself and keep things pretty clean. I work in the mental health field. For fun, I love going to concerts and hanging out with friends.
