Cute Townhouse in SW

We are moving into this sweet townhouse, and are looking for housemates for each of the two suites on the top floor.

The top floor suites both have large windows, tons of natural light, walk in closets, and large private bathrooms. One boasts a gorgeous view of the river, and has a second window with a view of some sweet trees. The second suite also has a sweet view of trees, faces the cute, low traffic neighborhood street, and has another window in the walk in closet (fancy!). Each suite can be on a separate, year lease. We are hoping to find folks by the beginning of the year.

The middle floor is shared, and hosts the kitchen, a 1 car garage with a cool workbench, a little living room area, a porch, and a guest bathroom. All appliances including washer and dryer are high end and relatively new. The house has AC/heat. Tons of storage for adventure gear!

The home has a few small garden beds, and is surrounded by mature trees (trees are the best). Super duper close to The Willamette Greenway multi use path, Marquam Nature Park, George Himes Park, Willamette Park, the river, downtown, and OHSU. Very bikeable if you like biking uphill. Super easy access to I5 and Barbur.

Who are we looking for? The ideal person is y/o, thoughtful and proactive housemate who likes and actively contributes to a clean welcoming space. You appreciate and practice direct, honest, and respectful communication.
