The building is brand new, less than a minute walk to FSU campus, and has lots of amenities like study rooms, a social lounge, gym, rooftop deck, courtyard pool, yoga room, spray tan stations, sauna, golf simulator, etc. Rent is $/month ( negotiable ) and utilities are $/month. Room is available as of December .
