Hi,
I have a private room available and a private bath immediately in a baths two story house for a professional/student who does NOT work from home.
The available room is on the second floor. You have your own bathroom but it’s outside of the room.
We're 3 professional brothers who live in the house.
We're very friendly, respectful, easy going, and non-smoking. We don't have pets.
The house is brand new , very quiet, clean, and located in a nice beautiful neighborhood.
It's 5 mins away from mins from intersection and all the needed stores (Walmart, Target, Costco ....etc) and restaurants. minutes from Collin College.
Common areas (kitchen, patio, living room, laundry ...etc) can be used as you wish!
Filtered water, toilet paper, cleaners, and hand soap will be provided.
The price includes all utilities.
There is a $ refundable deposit that has to be paid before moving in.
