SUBLEASE BEDROOM

Description

I would need someone from January-April for sure, it’s up to you if you wanted to sublease into any of the months of May-July. The house is located in the Retreat Pullman, it’s the model Talmadge with 5 bedrooms and baths. You will be getting your private bedroom and bathroom in room D on the third floor. There are already 4 other girls living in the house who are all super sweet. The rent is $/month and utilities aren’t included, they are usually $/month through an app. The house is big and fully furnished, with a shared kitchen, laundry room, dining area, living room, balcony, and a guest bathroom downstairs, overall the house is very clean and organized. There are more shared closets to also put your things. Along with your rent you get access to the clubhouse, fitness center, sauna, tanning beds, study rooms, basketball court, pool, hot tub, computer lab etc.
