Description

We are looking for a clean, responsible, and non smoker person. Single occupancy.
A bedroom furnished or not (depend on you) with a full size bed, mattress, smart TV, computer desk, and closet.
Apartment non smoker, non pets, with natural light, and wood floors.
Water and heater are included. Electricity bill and Wi-Fi are not included and they'll be shared.
Kitchen and bathroom are shared (please help us to keep it clean!).
It's a 4th floor walkup.
No laundry in the building.
You'll have a frigobar for your use.
Convenient location.
A train station: 2 blocks.
1 train station: 8 min walking.
George Washington Bus Terminal: 5 min walking.
Buses stops at short walking.
Near to supermarkets, pharmacies, coffees stores, retail stores, banks, plenty of restaurants.
