We have 2 rooms for rent in a 3 bedroom house in Hollywood FL. (We do not live on premises)

Rooms are rented separately. Currently the 3rd room is rented to a female in her s, she’s been living there for over a year. Great roommate (quite, keeps to herself) works most of the time.

min from Miami, min from downtown FLL. 8min from Hollywood beach. 5min from Young circle ( Tons of bars, cafes and restaurants)

Bedroom with shared bathroom : $ monthly + $ refundable deposit

Master bedroom with private bathroom : $ refundable deposit

Includes : utilities, WiFi, Netflix, basics such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & cleaning supplies. + Regular common area cleanings


Rooms are fully furnished. Sheets and towels provided. Smart TV with a Netflix included. Rooms are also equipped with a desk.

House is fully furnished and equipped with everything you may need.

House has washer and dryer. Fenced in backyard with fire pit.
