Hi there! I’m looking for a long-term male roommate to rent a private room in 2 bed room apartment in Brooklyn (Homecrest area). Rent is $ per month, plus a small charge for electricity during the summer.

The room is spacious, clean and cozy, and the apartment is on the 4th floor, close to the Avenue U subway station (Q Line). There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
