Hi! My husband and I are looking for one professional/clean female roommate in the Mandarin area. Private room with a shared bathroom for $/month, which includes all utilities and bedroom is fully furnished. We are able to rent 6 months and/or month lease. Smokers and pets are not acceptable. Please message if interested. We do ask for a background check and credit report, along with a $ deposit (which you will get back if the room is cleaned and taken care of when lease is up).
