Hello, my name is Hope, and I have a room available on Dec 1st at The Retreat at Austin Bluffs. I have 2 cats. (You'll see a dog in the picture, she's going with my ex) They are clean and potty trained. You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom. Lease is up in May, I'm thinking of moving, but you can stay and find another roommate. My ex husband's things will be out before you move in, of course.

We'll split rent, utilities, water, gas, electric, and internet down the middle. We'll also split chores however we deem fair.

You must be female and a clean person. No illicit drug use, no smoking in the apartment. Vaping is fine. Alcohol is fine. Some weed is fine. My friends smoke, so it doesn't bother me too much to be around. Just no actual flower, dab, bongs, or pipes, please.

I'm looking for someone I can get along with. I like to cook, chat, hang out, and build connections. I'm going to pick up some hobbies, so, I'll probably bake or paint. I can't imagine living with someone I don't get along with, so please, someone nice and fun. I like to have my friends and family over. I'd like you to feel comfortable having your friends and family over, as well.
