Looking for roommate in Dana Point

We’re looking for a new roommate starting as soon as possible, as our current one found a new place earlier than expected. The condo is a spacious .5-bathroom home in Laguna Niguel, right on the border of Dana Point. You’d have your own room ( ft) with a full bathroom next to it, including a bathtub shower. The room is unfurnished - our current roommate’s furniture that you see on the pictures will be taken with him.

The house has an amazing open living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a kitchen. There’s also a small patio, and the house gets tons of natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. We have a new washer and dryer in the house that you’re of course welcome to use. The community pool and jacuzzi are right across from our house.

We’re a friendly couple, laid-back, and enjoy keeping a clean and cozy space. We both work during the day and enjoy our downtime in the evenings, whether it’s relaxing at home or getting out for some outdoor activities.

It’s in a great location: minutes from Dana Point Harbor, Lantern District, and Salt Creek Beach, and minutes from Laguna Beach. We’re also super close to a -Hour Fitness and Trader Joe’s, both just 3 minutes away.
