Room 2 (small) - furnished room including tv, bed, and small table/desk. Not pictured at this moment. Utilities are covered by rent and also included WiFi. Provided TVs will have various streaming app access.

Several common areas including kitchen, bathroom(s), and laundry room.

Large backyard with fire pit and lake view with fishing. Listed on Roomi and SpareRoom with a contact option available.


Willing to consider pets on a case by case basis. Currently one small dog and one large teenage boy living in house.

Do not currently have updated photos of rooms, will post updated photos by end of month.

No smoking of *any kind * inside of house. Only allowed in backyard.

Will consider short term tenants at an adjusted weekly rate.
