Hi!! I am looking for a female roommate to fill the other room in my condo in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. Looking for someone to want to move in by December 1st or sooner!

Looking for:
A female in there s to fill the room. I prefer someone who is friendly, respectful to my space, cleanly, and not wanting too much company over.

About me:
I am , I work as an oral surgical assistant and a cheer coach Monday -Friday and thankfully have most weekends free. I like music, beach sunsets, and going on walks. I really enjoy hanging out and watching tv in the living room and having wine nights with or without company because I do enjoy having some alone time but love having my friends over too and would enjoy spending sometime with you as well. I keep it chill for the most part during the week but weekends I tend to stay pretty busy with activities.

About the condo:
-new tenants rent would be $ (Utilities included !)
-looking for month to month or 6 month, possibly more, planing on possibly selling in May/June
- bathroom (both bedrooms with personal attached balconies) (available room would be upstais)
-two parking spaces, (available space is the carport)
-yes heater and A/C and yes washer/dryer in
-small quiet and safe community located near the rsm lake, with spas in community
-condo and available room are completely furnished with tv in available room as well!

Rules: please no pets(sorry!), no drama, cleanliness!
