The room is on the second floor of the apartment, which has its own entrance and offers privacy since the living room and kitchen are downstairs. The whole house comes furnished, it is close to the elevator and the bus stop is right outside the building! The location is truly unbeatable, Kroger is right next to it, Macados is across the street, there’s a nail and eyebrows place within 5min walking and a Starbucks right next to it!
The Union has been my home for the past years but I am graduating this fall so I’m definitely sad to be leaving such an amazing place.
This would be a lease take over for the spring semester with option to renew. I am flexible with dates and you could even move in at the end of December.
Rent includes water and WiFi, so the only utilities we pay for are gas and electricity.
The house counts with: in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, central HVAC, entrance on each floor, a huge TV in the living room and an extra storage closet for each person.
