Below ground garage for those that have cars, bike parking as well. Other roommate will be a Junior male in Urban design, who is very respectful, is not a party animal, and very friendly. He is also rarely around so if you like a quiet apartment this is the apartment for you! Rent is $ a month, much reduced of the $ a month that it is. This is a really good deal!
