Looking for a room with my partner

Hello! I'm currently in Texas trying to find a place anywhere in the Fredericksburg, Falmouth, Warrington or Stafford area with my partner, Niko, who is currently living in the upper ends of VA.

We have 3 cats total, I don't mind keeping my two cats in an outdoor catio if it comes to it. We are both smoke and drink friendly. I don't smoke/vape and rarely drink. Smoking and drinking is rare for Niko, drinking is rare, though he is considerate and will vape/smoke outside.

I would prefer to move out before the th of next year.

I have two cats, he has one. I personally don't mind keeping my cats out in a proper cage/cat condo if it comes to it. I don't smoke and rarely drink, but I don't mind if you do. I'm pretty introverted, so you won't hear me blasting music or partying.
