I HAVE NOT APPLIED TO THE HOUSE YET. I NEED ROOMMATES BEFORE I CAN DO THAT IN ORDER TO MEET THE 3X MONTHLY INCOME REQUIREMENT FOR THE APPLICATION. The so roommates, the more secure the home will be, as nobody has applied for this brand new listing yet. I have spoken to the agent about my situation and am in close contact with him for any updates. This is a bathroom house ( sq. ft.) in North Tampa, newly listed in between Busch Gardens and Lowry Park. It is newly renovated, so two roommates and I will be the first ones living in this model. It has sleek linoleum floors in all areas, including the sizeable kitchen and well-lit living room. The living room leads out to a shaded outdoor deck. The outside of the house is super lowkey, so it's like you're living in a whole different neighborhood when you step inside.

There is a driveway that can fit two cars outside of the house, as well as a couple spots for street parking. I don't care about your gender, but if I find a female roommate who is only comfortable with a house full of women, then I will refine my search to female roommates only.

Small quirk: There is a studio connected to the house that will be rented out separately. Nobody currently lives there, but it is possible that there will be someone on the other side of the kitchen. The units have separate entrances with a locked door in between.

THIS IS A YEAR-LONG LEASE. HOWEVER:
I am very flexible. If something comes up and you need to break the lease, all I ask is you find another roommate to take over your lease that can pay you back for your $ security deposit.
