Hello, I’m looking for someone to sublease a bedroom apartment at the point at ames as soon as possible. $ a month with close to campus living( minute walk & three bus routes) and lots of free activities and prizes given out by apartment(I’ve won a week’s worth of groceries and a 6pk of paper towels from one of their bingo nights, not to mention the frequent energy drink bars). Comes fully furnished with queen sized bed, desk, and dresser as well as personal bathroom and shower. Full kitchen with electric stove, fridge, microwave, and lots of pantry space. Free parking for guests and residents as well.
