Room For Rent in Spring Hill

Hi there! I am looking for someone to rent out the guest bedroom in my bath apartment on the third floor, non smoking building. Need at least a week notice as room will be empty, carpets cleaned and a small paint job done before its ready for you to move in a bed/ furniture. You will have the guest bathroom across the hall as your own other than me needing to do laundry once a week. I have a cat and a hedgehog- both very friendly. I work as an RN 4 days a week and am gone all day those days. I consider myself a tidy person- always making sure my apartment smells and looks good. I consider myself quiet and shy. I keep to myself and rarely have visitors/ parties. It’s a quiet home, neighbors are nice. The balcony has a good view and outside is a nice walking trail. We share a kitchen and living area but you are welcome to any of it. Not looking for a best friend or someone to hang out with- just someone who I can trust to pay rent each month and not get us kicked out. I have been at this location for years and have loved it. On Port Royal Rd close to Kroger, Dollar General and many fast food joints. Downside is I do not have WiFi as I needed to get rid of it to save money- but you are welcome to hook up your own. What I pay is hundreds of dollars cheaper than what is being offered on the complex - if you’d like to take over the lease once it’s up we can set that up with the front office. Otherwise, we both need to be out by April . I am moving out west at that time and needing to save some money. The total is half rent/ utilizes and electricity.
