Room for rent - Centrally located

Description

We have an unfurnished room with a shared bathroom that is maintained cleaned. We are centrally located with accessibility to many locations. We are two middle aged women that are respectful and enjoy the space. Full accessibility to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room. No smoking in the house, but outside is fine. Owner has one cat that stays in her room.
