PRIVATE BEDROOM RENTAL
Available for immediate move-in! Rent includes utilities! There is no carpet in the entirety of the home. Must be cat and dog friendly, as there are cats and dogs in the house.

I have a bedroom available, the bathroom would be private but it is the guest bathroom of the house. There is a Nest doorbell for extra security and the bedroom has a key lock. The room is furnished with a king-sized bed, bedside tables and lamps, TV, a TV stand/storage shelf, curtains, and other miscellaneous items.

Beautiful patio, gas and wood grill, and spacious common living areas are all at your disposal. The garage is also available to use for storage!

I work full-time and am a student, so l am frequently busy! I'm a generally quiet, ambivert kind of person but love to have fun! I see my home as a sanctuary to come to, and I'd love a roommate who feels the same. I have a mini-zoo, so must be animal-friendly!
