Room for rent

Description

We have a house in the quiet village of North Syracuse. There is an outside patio, fire pit and yard that you are more than welcome to use. There is no smoking inside but the patio is covered. Livingroom, Kitchen and dining area are of course yours to use as well. Your room is not furnished, but I could furnish it with a twin bed if needed. There is a closet in the room and the bedroom door has an outside lock.

live in the house with my 9 year old son. My son’s father and I share custody so we have a set on/off schedule. He is very respectful and not loud. I am a year old professional and am usually home around 4
