Hi there! I’m looking for a female roommate to share a bath upper level duplex with near the Lakewood/Denver border available December 1.

The rent would be $ of the utilities (around $/month) and your portion of the unit would come with use of 2 of bedrooms with one being perfect for an office or craft room. The bathroom has a double vanity and plenty or storage. There is also a large fenced front and back yard and you would have designated driveway parking spot. The lease allows for pets up to cat. I have no pets but am open to living with someone who does. The house is also fully updated, new kitchen, bar w/ wine fridge, each room has climate zone mini-split HVAC.
About me. I’m and work at a civil engineering company. I recently moved to Denver from Arkansas so I would love someone I can be friends with and explore Colorado more with.
