Looking to find a room for me + mom

My mom and I are looking for a shared room we can pay dollars for a shared room together. Preferably female roommates. We have two kitties but can pay a pet deposit fee, we will keep the kitties cleaned up after. We are both very kind and quiet ladies who will do a great job of keeping the house cleaned up nicely. I work and am in college looking to get a degree in psychology. Looking forward to meeting potential roommates.
