A little about the room and kitchen:
Room will have no furniture. Room will be spotless clean.
Parking available right outside the building parking sticker will be provided, $ security deposit is required which will be refunded upon vacating the room.

You can cook in the apartment with no issues.
You can use the laundry in the apartment with no issues.
