S/B/F w/adorable French Bulldog

Seeking a pet and people friendly environment. New empty nester. I work various hours. My dog is kennel trained while I work. He very quite sweet and clean. I would prefer personal bathroom, but I will share with a clean, respectful roommate. Looking to move in at the beginning of January.
