Shared bathroom & cooking area, but roommates have their own kitchenette area for food storage. I have a bunch of roommate cookware, as I am strictly gluten free. Modest backyard, plenty of street parking. minute drive to Pittsburg/Bay Point BART station & freeway. The room is mostly furnished - queen-sized bedframe (working on mattress), two nightstands + lights, dresser, makeup vanity, full-length mirror. Any other amenities you desire can be discussed (tv, loveseat, etc). The two-story house has a a newly remodeled kitchen, large living room/tv, day room, washer & dryer. Must love animals- I have dogs & cats
