Hi! My name is Hunter, I have 2 rooms coming available in my house on /
. I will live in the house as well, and plan to split utilities equally between the 3 of us. Leases will be 6 months or a year long, and I’m requiring you make 2x your monthly rent. I will have the house professionally cleaned twice a month on my expense. I’m a pretty clean person, not over the top but not dirty so I will expect you to be the same. Both rooms will come completely furnished, both have tv’s, beds, night stands, closets etc. I have a 2 year old frenchie named Ella who loves everyone. The house is in a gated community, with the golf course and restaurant walking distance. Also tons of shopping and anything you would need in a short drive as well.
