Room at Lake Pflugerville w/pool!

Description

Room available (now) in a large home with a salt water pool. Approximately 3 blocks (or less) from Lake Pflugerville. The available room is fully furnished (full bed, TV, walk-in closet, desk, office chair, love seat). You would be sharing one bathroom/shower with one other roommate. You will have full access to all the common areas (i.e. Washer and Dryer, Pool, Yard, Living Room, and Kitchen). All bills are paid by your rent. HEB, Costco, Kohl’s, Typhoon Texas, Cinemark Movie Theater, Target, Walmart etc are all nearby. You must own a car because everything is a few miles from my location and there is no nearby public transportation. Austin is ten to twenty miles away depending on where you want to go. Bass Concert Hall is fifteen miles away.

This is a coed living space. Currently, there are three male and no female tenants. We are all friendly, but we tend to stay in our rooms and keep to ourselves. It is quiet most of the time. Male or Female roommate is welcome.
