Hi friends! i’m looking for someone to rent out my spare bedroom. I have a spacious 3 bed and two bath single story home in menifee with a coffee bar, enclosed sunroom and terf’ed backyard. i’m close to the freeway and newport blvd. You’d have your own room and share a bathroom. I live with my one and a half year old son and 5 year old lab mix moose. I’m open to pets with the right fit. $ per month with all utilities included.
