Hi all,

Looking for anyone interested in a bath apartment in Sunnyvale, CA available in early-mid December.

I will be moving away for work, so hoping to find someone who can lease the unit right after me. Please note, this would not be a sublease and would require a full application through Prometheus Apartments at Shadowbrook.

- Rent: ~$/month, not including utilities. Exact rent cost for next leaser is unknown and would have to be discussed with the leasing office. There may also be move-in deals available, I was able to get a couple months discounted.
- bath, sqft. including plenty of closet space
- 2nd floor unit that includes a balcony
- In-unit washer/dryer and AC
- Recently updated kitchen appliances
- Dedicated parking spot right by unit’s entrance is included with rent
- Apartment complex has a number of community amenities, including a pool, hot tub, gym, and lounge

From personal experience, I have never had a security or noise issue here. Each unit and amenity entrance has an individual Latch lock that can be accessed via phone. Mailboxes are a short walk towards the middle of the complex, along with a Amazon locker. Leasing office is responsive and helpful. Pets are also allowed but require an additional fee.
