Your bedroom is on main floor, currently has a queen bed, nightstands and a fireplace mantelpiece (not a real one in bedroom) which can stay or go. Your bathroom on main floor and the second bedroom used currently as TV den. Upstairs is my bedroom, office (4th bedroom) and bathroom. Two sets of washer & dryer (basement and 2nd floor). A limited gym equipment in basement and storage room if you need. Corner lot with fenced back yard with large patio. On snow emergency route so first plowed. I do have a snow blower. Large driveway to park off street. I do have a double garage but half has construction materials, patio furniture and lawn equipment and currently not a parking option. House has home security and cameras, fiber internet, central air, and all utilities are included in the rent (water, sewer, trash, gas, electricity, internet) I stream so no cable or phone lines.
