I have two rooms open in my Bath home near South Broadway! Available for move in. Full AC/Heat, washer/dryer in unit, attached garage and plenty of street parking. Has a back patio and lots of natural sunlight! You will share a bathroom with one other girl. 2 miles from South Broadway, 8 minute drive to downtown Denver, and very close to highway access for the mountains 🙂!
Open to M/F .. just has to be a good fit. I work M-F hybrid schedule. When I'm not working I like to hang with my pup, be active, etc. I am definitely not in my partying stage anymore so want roomies who are chill and respectful!
Option to rent out both rooms if you want a bedroom + office or something like that!
