Medium sized room available in our Pasadena townhouse in great location on a quiet street within easy walking distance to everything! The entire townhouse is 3 stories and has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms and sf. Each room has its own bathroom and there is also a half bathroom on the first floor.

The available room is on the 2nd floor and it is furnished and has its own private bathroom. There is laminate flooring in the bedroom and the bathroom was recently remodeled by the owner. Parking is on the street, but it may be possible to rent a parking space from another unit. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, large refrigerator, gas range and oven, microwave, and dishwasher in the unit. The home has been nicely remodeled by the owner in recent years.

Your roommates will be girl, each in our early s. Both of them are working professionals and are very friendly and easy to get along with. The guy works as a server at Cheesecake Factory and also does acting for commercials. The girl works in the medical field and works from home some of the time. Both have lived in the place for over 4 years. The ideal fit would be someone that is easy to get along with, respectful, willing to keep the common areas clean, and has a steady source of income.

The room is available on December 1, but could possibly be available as much as a few weeks earlier. The rent is $ a month and includes all utilities and even Netflix with a $ security deposit. The lease is flexible, but hoping to find someone that is willing to stay longer if the fit is good. No long term lease required.
