Room for rent! Located south of SDSU (College & University) in a 3 bedroom & bath townhome.

Highlights:

• Room is private and unfurnished with a private bathroom and is located upstairs of a three story townhome. House has air conditioning, heating, and each room as a ceiling fan. Community has a pool, hot tub, and a dog run. House has a bunch of storage space.

• Middle level: furnished living room, full kitchen, half bathroom, and a front patio with a flat-top grill (hibachi, anyone?).

• Bottom level has an attached two car garage (one spot available for you) with a laundry room.

Lowlights:

• I'm still upgrading the place, so occasionally I do small home renovation projects that would be discussed and scheduled with you prior. But hey, I'm making it nicer.

• Third bedroom is a spare bedroom (currently housing my luggage)



Rent would be $/mo + utilities (internet & electricity; which would be split) with an $ security deposit (first and last month's rent).



Ideally a one year lease, but month-to-month can be negotiated.

• Not a couple attempting to move into the room; I tried that once and I felt like a guest in my own home.

• A young professional, or professional-ish

• The proud owner of a stable job with consistent income

• Not obsessed with doing your drug(s) of choice inside as that's what the patio is for



About me:

• Active, mid s in a relationship, and travel a lot for work (I.e. I don't spend much time at the house)

• Hobbies: playing beach volleyball and basketball, exploring various neighborhoods, going to concerts/events, ski trips, and cheering on my favorite sports teams
