Looking for someone to take over lease for whole year OR someone who is just looking for the spring semester! This awesome room is in a bath apartment at The Lofts which is only a 5 min walk to campus! Rent is $ a month including utilities and I would be open to covering a portion of the security deposit. Parking is also available. The main bedroom has gorgeous mill style windows and a large closet and there is a ladder that leads up to a lofted space that has room for a couch, tv, and desk!
