Single room in 2-bedroom townhouse!

Hello! I’m living in a bath Winkler unit and am looking for a new roommate for the leasing year, starting in July/August with the option to renew. My current roommate is moving out next year so I need a new roomie before November of this year for application purposes.

Bedroom A (the last 2 pictures, don’t mind the mess) is up for grabs! The black dresser will stay in Bedroom A for you to use after my current roommate moves out in Summer . All furniture in the living room and kitchen will also stay (unless you have some of your own furniture, then we can Goodwill some things).

Rent is $ a month per person with all utilities included (but might increase to $ by next year, unfortunately). It’s 2 floors, with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There’s heating but no AC. No dishwasher. There are 2 quarter operated washing machines and dryers (not in unit). No guest parking. No pets unless approved ESA or service animal.

I just graduated so I’m looking to live with someone in a similar age range (I just turned ). Preferably a woman or a non-binary person but anyone is welcome to inquire! I have a dyed buzzcut that changes color every couple of weeks so you MUST be queer-friendly and okay with the occasional smell of bleach in the bathroom! 😂
