Seeking roommate in Westchase!

Hey everyone! Looking for a gal roommate to join me in my fully furnished non-smoking bath apartment unit in Westchase for the duration of my lease until April 1– if things go well I’d be happy to consider re-signing together!

The second bed and bathroom that I have are fully furnished with a walk in closet. I’ll pay electric and cable, I really just need someone to pay rent. I’d ask for $ which is half the entire payment is usually about $ including charges for common room/hallway maintenance, water and valet trash services. If it ever ends up being more I’ll cover difference. Management is receptive and cool about parking

A little about me — I’m and between jobs. I’m not looking for a bestie, just someone neat and polite (like myself!) to help me get through a difficult financial time after getting laid off a few weeks ago.

I have two very sweet and affectionate boy cats who love every HUMAN they meet.. but not other pets. I’d never ask you to do anything for them beyond the occasional snuggle— but no litter changing or feeding or anything like that.

I have an in-unit washer and dryer, the complex has a gym, a few different pools, tennis courts and is about a minute drive from the loop and surrounded by great Viet and texmex restaurants! This is a great spot for anyone who works in energy corridor or near Voss or med center or memorial city— or just anyone with a lower budget!
