Looking for a rooomate for November 1st to split my apartment bath in Flatbush ($) per person. The first months payment is (First months rent + security deposit). Brand New Luxury Elevator Building with Recreational Room, GYM, Laundry Room, bike storage, Car Garage Parking, Elevator, Extra Storage Units and Awesome Rooftop Access! Please message me as soon as possible. I am a year old registered nurse who works night shift. Must pay 1 month rent + security deposit along with submitting an application to be approved by management. Ok with guest from time to time no more than x3 nights in row for overnight stays. Cleanliness is a must and no smoking in the apartment.
