I'm looking for one reliable, responsible, neat, respectful person to share this nice 2 bedroom house I am renting. It has 2 baths, so you will have your own bathroom with tub/shower.
Available October or possibly sooner, please contact me to see if we can arrange an earlier move-in date.
The bedroom size is with a nice size closet. The
house has stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, TV in living room, microwave, covered front porch, back patio with large outside table, big BBQ grille.
Please have previous rental references and proof of current employment, there is no application fee.
I have a super well behaved dog age years, so you must not mind a dog.
Landlord does not want any other dogs or cats, sorry.
I am easygoing and get along with most people, looking for the same.
Rent is $/month all inclusive. One month ($) security deposit required.
All utilities and wi-fi included.
Street parking only in a nice neighborhood. No smoking inside the house. Month to month lease.
