Flat rate for ALL utilities/services* includes electric, gas, hi-speed wireless internet (mbps+), several streaming services included on Smart TV's (currently getting Netflix, HBOmax, Hulu/Disney+, Paramount+, Peacock, Amazon Prime), Spectrum cable service, and Tivo (in living room). Also includes a Monthly Maid visit to help keep up with cleaning. There are NO ADDITIONAL EXPENSES.

Master bedroom has lrg closet, queen platform bed with memory foam mattress, dresser/drawers, desk, nightstand, side table, lamps, and is attached to the master bathroom w/ a mosaic glass floor, marble tile shower w/jacuzzi jetted tub. Linens and towels provided or you can store them in the room if you prefer to use your own. Artwork can also be stored in the room if you prefer something else. The room cannot be unfurnished or furnishings removed - sorry. Part of an offsite storage unit (in Valley area) can also be shared for an additional fee if needed, ask me for details.

yr lease is preferred. I will consider a shorter lease or even month to month, but rent cost may increase some for the faster turnover. Please reach out to discuss lease options.
